As a Buyer’s agent, I am dedicated to helping you purchase your new home at the best price possible with the least amount of inconvenience.  I will:

  • help you identify your property needs and wants
  • provide you with information on the home buying process and current market conditions
  • help you find a lender if you don’t already have one
  • seek out and arrange tours of properties that meet your criteria
  • complete a CMA evaluating the list price 
  • research the property you ultimate intend to purchase (such a pulling GIS maps, surveys, subdivision restrictions and more)
  • offer you websites and resources you will likely want to research
  • provide you guidance on making the best possible offer 
  • explain the contract to you so you are aware of what you are signing
  • explain appraisal, inspection and other contingency options
  • successfully negotiate on your behalf to reach an agreed upon contract
  • communicate and stay on top of deadlines
  • guide you through the pending process
  • provide you with vendor referrals for inspections and repairs if needed
  • assist with repair amendments
  • provide you with information for utility companies, moving companies, etc.
  • review your closing statement 
  • be there for you at closing and beyond
