- explain appraisal, inspection and other contingency options
- successfully negotiate on your behalf to reach an agreed upon contract
- communicate and stay on top of deadlines
- guide you through the pending process
- provide you with vendor referrals for inspections and repairs if needed
- assist with repair amendments
- provide you with information for utility companies, moving companies, etc.
- review your closing statementÂ
- be there for you at closing and beyond
