  • host broker or public open houses
  • reverse market to those buyers seeking similar homes, providing reverse offers if warranted
  • explain the contract to you so you are aware of what you are signing
  • negotiate to an acceptable offer
  • communicate and stay on top of deadlines
  • ensure earnest money is received
  • order title work on your behalf
  • assist you through the inspection and appraisal process
  • provide you with information for utility vendors, moving companies, etc.
  • review your closing statement with you
  • be there for you at closing and beyond
